AI IMPLEMENTATION / ATLANTA

Build capacity around the business you’ve built in Atlanta.

Practical AI implementation for Atlanta operators who want recurring work to take less of their attention.

YOUR OPERATION, YOUR CONTEXT

Relationships carry the business. Systems support them.

From the Westside to the wider metro, Atlanta’s service businesses and community organizations run on relationships. Growing a network also creates work: tracking conversations, preparing meetings, and following through. That work should support the relationship without consuming the whole day.

Start with meeting preparation, a weekly pipeline brief, or follow-up drafts. Your team sets the voice and decides what gets sent; the AI employee helps prepare the work.

WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER

Start with what needs help.

Install an AI employee.

Give recurring work a job description, a home, and a review rhythm. Start with one useful role inside the business you already run.

Let’s talk

Equip the people.

Help your team learn to brief, inspect, and improve AI-supported work. Build practical habits around the tools and responsibilities they already have.

Let’s talk

Bring it into the room.

Make AI concrete for your community. Working examples, plain language, and a conversation grounded in the questions people actually bring.

THE OPERATOR BEHIND IT

I’m Vince. Based in Philadelphia.

I help operators build capacity with AI employees and train the people who lead them. Through CubiCrew, we start with a real role, a dedicated working setup, and a review rhythm your team can use.

We agree on scope, hardware, connected services, and timing together. The first conversation is about the work you need help carrying.

Get to know me

A few questions before we talk.

What could an AI employee do in my business?

Start with one recurring job: preparing a weekly brief, researching prospects, organizing incoming requests, or drafting follow-ups. We look at your actual workflow, choose a useful first role, and define what good work looks like before building it.

Do I need to be technical?

You need to know your business and be willing to review the work. I help with the setup, job description, working instructions, and review habits. Team training is part of helping the system become useful in your day-to-day operation.

What do I own, and what runs in the cloud?

With an owned-hardware installation, the computer and local working files belong to you. The setup can still use paid AI models and connected cloud tools. We agree on those services, data access, costs, and permissions before the install. Owning the hardware does not automatically make every part of the workflow local.

Who checks the work?

You and your team remain responsible for review and decisions. We define permissions, approval points, and a regular review rhythm around the role. The aim is useful delegation with clear boundaries and human judgment.

How do we get started?

Email me with one recurring task that takes more of your attention than it should. We will arrange a conversation about the work, the people involved, and whether an installation, training, or another next step makes sense. Scope and timing are agreed together.
